Richard Wagner, Lead Consultant
Mr. Wagner brings more than 20 years of diverse, cross functional experience and expertise in the areas of proposal writing, proposal management, business processes, capture, pricing, and acquisitions. As an experienced business development professional, he is well versed in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and compliance requirements associated with General Services Administration (GSA) and Small Business Administration (SBA) contracting environments. Mr. Wagner received his Master of Business Administration from The American University, Kogod School of Business, and his Master of Arts, with distinction, from American University, School of International Service. Mr. Wagner completed his undergraduate work at Mercyhurst College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude.
Robin Futch, Lead Consultant (Environmental Services)
Ms. Futch has over 25 years of project and program management experience on a diverse environmental consulting assignments in both the private and Federal sector. She has led programs focused on both Superfund Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies through to Remedial Design/Remedial Action and the development of CERCLA Site Exit Strategies. Other programs include RCRA corrective action program projects from RCRA Facility Assessments through to Corrective Measures. She has also led archaeological surveys and cultural resource mitigation programs and firm fixed price projects involving the implementation of remedial systems. Ms. Futch has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Florida, an Masters of Arts in Archaeology from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology. Ms. Futch is a registered Professional Geologist in Georgia and Florida.
Bob Kubik, Financial Analyst and Pricing Consultant
Mr. Kubik has extensive experience in cost analysis, strategy, and pricing; he has more than 22 years of contract price development experience. Mr. Kubik has overseen large scale price/cost models, budgets, and forecasts for domestic and foreign contract operations in the domains of environmental service, security operations, information technology, logistics, and professional services. He has expertise in financial analysis, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audit compliance, accounting, and financial planning. He is an expert in Federal and State level acquisition regulations and guidelines. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Buffalo.
Robert Turner, Creative Director
Mr. Turner is the creative force behind RWCO's client graphics and creative elements. He brings more than 25 years of design experience to the table, seamlessly making the transition from old school design elements, like Photostat cameras and Kroy lettering, to today's state-of-the-art, software-driven industry. Mr. Turner has a command of contemporary design software, yet still appreciates the occasional need to put pen to paper and sketch it out. He has crafted designs for more than 600 proposal efforts for a wide variety of Federal, State and local governments, as well as commercial entities.
