We work with the client to assess the competitive landscape so that the client’s peer group is identified and monitored for strategic planning purposes. In doing so, we assemble a roadmap of actions and tasks that will move the client from its current position to one that enables the realization of strategic goals, whether it be pursing large, strategic opportunities or building a sustainable culture of winning.  We work with the client to facilitate the transportation required to obtain defined strategic outcomes, now and in the future.

We can work independently or augment existing client staff resources to ensure the quality and impact of the end product. We provide extensive experience and expertise in the functional areas of market development, business development, compliance, capture research, competitive assessment, technical writing, pricing and strategy.

WHAT WE DO: We provide research, planning, and coordination capabilities targeted to specific, client-defined industries.  We account for the client’s business development environment and facilitate activities to design, develop, and implement an efficient process in both capture support and proposal coordination that helps the client routinely increase its win probability.

Specialized Small Business Foundations

We have led business development and proposal initiatives for businesses of all sizes, including SBA 8(a) companies, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), HUB-Zone, minority-owned small businesses, and medium to large companies.  This experience has taught us that small businesses require supplemental support to ensure success through the inclusion of additional capabilities, resources, and personnel.

WHAT WE DO: Our specialized small business foundations served as a booster shot for small business pursuing both an expansion of bidding activity and revenue grow by building relationships that strengthen our clients and enhance their probability of winning through teaming, GSA Schedules, joint ventures, and subcontracting initiatives that are strategic and add value.  This includes SBA program compliance and participating in the SBA Mentor/Protégé program.
